MBEM is concerned with learning Construction Management Processes, Design Development and Management, Advanced Technology Adoption, Effective Procurement Management of Goods and Services, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, and a Climate-Responsive Built Environment. The thrust of the course is to achieve the following objectives: enabling students to acquire higher-level skills and academic abilities.
To foster an understanding of the workings of the Building Industry and its Associated Organizations to become effective in Techno-Managerial Tasks.
To equip students with the procedures and practice of the construction projects through a structured teaching approach.
Establishing impactful interdisciplinary skill sets and collaborative partnerships within the community to serve as exemplary models for project management expertise.
Fostering the development of decision-making skills, by engaging in scholarly and other responsibility roles that help in enhancing the decision-making-based skill set of a construction professional.
